Use to clean pre-application and to break down dirty and residue on lids.
DIRECTIONS: Dispense 1-2 pumps of Lash Bath Foam into palm of hand. Swirl foam with Valley Girl Cleansing Brush then apply to lids and gently brush through lashes. To finish, use Valley Girl Cleansing Brush to rinse lids and lashes with water. Pat dry.
